Our team at CREO was able to create a series of custom, combination monographs/detail aids for Amgen. These detail aid topics on the right pages were designed to facilitate discussions with customers on immune system complications with their patients with cancer. In addition, they were left behind with customers so they could read in depth on latest data on immune issues on the left pages which were structured as an educational monograph. The monograph/detail aids were created for different types of cancers: breast cancer, Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, and lung cancer. In addition, we created sales training booklets that deconstructed each page and gave the sales reps best practices when engaging customers, questions they might ask, questions to pose, and the right side suggested next topics to pursue in the discussion. I developed the structure of the layouts, design styles of graphics, selected paper stocks, and supervised production and delivery. The client at Amgen was pleased with the quality and our mastery of the content. The success of the first 3 booklets recommended us to another product team and we developed a similar set of materials for the team working with egfr therapies.
